I had been in Augusta before when I traveled with my friend. I saw this restaurant when we are on our way to my friend’s home. Since I love Mexican food, my friend let me in Nina’s Taqueria. He told me that this is the best restaurant in town. And I think he is absolutely right because the food is authentic and the atmosphere too. Service is great and the staff is always friendly. The food like enchiladas and tamales are fantastic! The salsa is a little too spicy for me though. I wish they would get a liquor license so they could serve margueritas and cervezas.
So I will recommend everyone to visit here if they are in Augusta!

Lolan Carter loves this mexican food place. I am in my late 50's and have eaten a ton of Mexican food in my past but this place is great!! My Sister and I go every Tuesday for the Enchiladas.

Nina's Taqueria in Augusta serves up the best tasting authentic Tex-Mex I've had in Michigan. No contest! It's a 44 mile roundtrip from home and worth the drive for us. Eating their food results in triggering a load of endorphins in your brain that makes you want to return for more. The food at the Battle Creek locale is much the same (an old Burger Chef building-remember them?) but it does not have the ambiance of a South Texas dive as does the Augusta Nina's. HIGHLY recommed.

Nina's is one of the places I've really been wanting to get to. We drove by the Battle Creek location a couple weeks ago, but had Mexican the night before...so we passed...Good to know the one in Augusta is the same. That's a little closer to home.

Nina's is one of our favorite authentic Mexican restaurants in our neck of the woods. No frills, but delicious.
